Questions for discussion at the meeting:

1. What are the strengths and weaknesses of the existing campus?

2. What is most memorable about the campus? What is least memorable about the campus?

3. Which building or space is the icon of University? Which buildings should be retained at any cost? Which buildings can be removed/replaced?

4. As we consider significant enrollment growth, what characteristics of the campus community/environment should be retained and what should evolve?

5. What are your views regarding the need for additional housing on campus?

6. What is unique about being in Charlotte that should be reinforced?

7. How can the campus improve linkages with the city of Charlotte in terms of shared resources, retail/professional services, educational opportunities, and cultural events?

8. If a significant donor came to you with a few hundred thousand dollars, how would you improve the campus?

9. What if the donor had several million dollars, how would you improve the campus?
